Dear Late Model driver:
The intent of this letter is to make you aware of our season opening “Chiller Thriller” event to be held at Mercer Raceway Park on Saturday, March 27. After a very successful “Fall Brawl” last October, we’re thrilled to open the year with the Super Late Models and for the first time ever host a UFo Championship Tour event!
This will be one of, if not, the biggest Late Model events ever held at Mercer on the 40th anniversary since Late Models first raced at Mercer in 1970!
The following payoff will be used for the “Mach-41” feature: 1. $2,500 2. $1,200 3. $1,000 4. $800 5. $700 6. $600 7. $525 8. $475 9. $425 10. $400 11. $375 12. $350 13. $340 14. $325 15. $300 16. $290 17-20. $275 21-24. $250. Drivers attempt to compete, but failing to start or qualify for the feature will receive $100.
The pill draw, redraw format will be used. For more information on UFo, check outr their website at www.uforacechampionship.com.
Pit gates open at 3:30 p.m. Hot laps are at approximately 6:15 p.m. Racing will begin at 7 p.m. Pit passes are $35. There is no entry or registration fee! There is a rain date of Saturday, April 3.
Children are permitted in the pit area with a parent and/or legal guardian and under supervision at all times. Those 17 and under must sign a minor waiver and release with their parent or legal guardian.
We will have the Super Late Models back on Saturday, October 2 as part of the “Fall Brawl” once again!
